As far as I am concerned,one of the best ways to spend some time with loved ones is to go out to your favorite restaurant for a nice meal. To begin , my favorite recipe for an  easy dinner to make is for Applebee’s Broiled Salmon with Garlic Butter.  Give this one a try :

Four ( Five oz ) salmon filets
Melted butter, as required
Pepper, to taste
Granulated garlic, to taste
Salt, to taste
Garlic butter, as needed

Preheat grill or skillet to 550 degrees F .
Brush raw salmon filets with melted butter . (Do not reuse butter . Wash brush before using to dab with garlic butter before serving .) Shake/sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic over each side of the salmon. Place salmon in pan or on grill . Cook salmon for about 4 minutes ( depending on size of filet ), turning halfway at two minutes on grill which will create diamond shaped grill marks . Flip the filet over and cook for about three minutes , turning halfway through .
Take salmon off grill and lightly dab top surface with garlic butter before serving. Serve with your favorite side dishes .

Here’s a recipe you will enjoy from the chili restaurants. It is the recipe for Chili’s Spicy Garlic and Lime Shrimp

24 large shrimp, peeled and deveined                             2 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic, chopped                                                    1 lime

Seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon onion powder

Put all the ingredients for the seasoning in a bowl .  Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.  Melt the butter to the pan, then stir in the chopped garlic and saute for about 10 seconds .  Then put in the shrimp .  Chop the lime in 2 pieces and squeeze each half into the pan over the shrimp .  Add the seasoning blend to the shrimp .  Cook the shrimp for around 5 to 8 minutes they will be done when they turn pink and start to brown slightly .  Cook both sides of the shrimp .
